Overcoming Technical Difficulties

This little beauty bloomed on Aug. 28

Thank you for your patience. My web site, www.theindigoconnection.com and email address betsy@theindigoconnection.com, which have been down since Saturday August 25, are now back up again. If you sent anything to me via email during this time, I kindly ask that you re-send it, as there is no way for me to recover the items that may have been sent during the time when service was out.

During the outage many of you may have received an email letting you know about a special discount I am offering to fill the remaining seats for the Sept. 8 women’s retreat and winery tour. If you tried to reply for additional information or register through the links, I apologize for your frustration. I will extend the special offer through Friday August 30 and hope you will consider joining us. Here’s the registration link: http://avalon.websitewelcome.com/~theindig/webcal/view_entry.php?id=596&date=20120908

Recent weeks have been filled with emerging business opportunities, new clients, exciting projects taking off and my schedule filled with private soul detective sessions. I’ve been integrating Barbara Stone’s newest protocols into client sessions and these have gone particularly well. Every one of these people has experienced calm, clarity and a more purposeful appreciation of a life lesson after a single session. I find myself no longer avoiding the possibility of dark forces at work in situations, but more eagerly face that darkness with a team of Divine resources and plenty of light. The result has been rather pleasant for all involved. Anyone who feels stuck or seems to have a dark cloud following them around needs to check this out! I am reserving appointments for current clients now through September and will open this service to new clients in October.

I ponder the coincidence of my business technology going dead these past three days and I wonder if there are some dark forces angry about sizeable the triumph of the light going on under my direction these days. Being without a web site is a severe business problem – when people search for you, nothing comes up. It is as though your business never existed. Thank goodness for linkedin, facebook and twitter! Those sites were what showed up in the searches and allowed me to stay in touch with my friends, colleagues and followers.

There were very strange explanations about why the site went down (the domain registry was cancelled supposedly because the renewal payment was not recorded). Once the outage was discovered, it took days for the real problem to be identified. In the meantime, it was kind of nice to be free of those hundreds of emails that come in each day and instead focus on my clients and completing marketing materials to support my speaking business. The light has prevailed once again and I trust that all is well.

A lovely red anemone (the flower on my book cover) emerged to bloom in my garden yesterday, a sign for me to remember that all is well. And so it is!

I am healed……

Wednesday, August 15th, 2012

Sometimes getting away for a few days of learning can be more healing than you could imagine. I remember signing up for Dr. Barbara Stone’s Soul Detective Level 2 & 3 class months ago, not quite knowing why or what I would do with this training. I simply wanted to support Barbara in making this training successful.

Barbara is a dear friend, fellow ACEP member and extraordinary healer. Our history goes back (at least in this lifetime – ha ha) to her role as my ACEP certification consultant. Two of my past-life cases appear in her book, Invisible Roots. Barbara planned this training to take place at her exquisite property on Lake Buckhorn in the remote outskirts of Millersburg, Ohio. I had been there before and knew this setting would add a great deal to the experience. Her home and yard are a nature girl’s dream — fairies, crystals, flowers, lush plants, fruits, vegetables, wildlife, images of Christ and Divine mother, artwork, textiles and more! You enter this space and experience the embrace of angels and God. How lucky for me to be invited to stay 3 nights in this beautiful home so that I might also eat food from the garden and sleep in this calming wonderland.

There were 11 other participants attending the program, including 3 MDs (including a psychiatrist) who already believed that when healing happens at the soul level, the body and mind are automatically restored to greater health. We were all here to expand our toolboxes and to heal ourselves so that we could be of highest service to others. I was immediately impressed by the diversity and divinity of my fellow classmates. I’ll also add that we looked like a normal bunch of business professionals. It was no accident we were all in this together. Still not quite sure about the WHY for me, I trusted that it would unfold.

The healing began immediately. We reviewed protocols, then practiced muscle testing, assessed energetic interference patterns and customized tapping diagnostics in small groups. The end of day one had me questioning my abilities and feeling somewhat frustrated that we were using the more complicated TFT protocols rather than the intuitive EFT tapping that I practice on a daily basis with ease. I was glad when Saturday’s class was over.

That evening after dinner, Barbara invited Dr. Bob and me to explore the presence of energetic implants that might be impeding our ability to fully express ourselves as healers. I’ve done tons of work on myself, but that is one area I have never explored and a bit too “WOO WOO” for me. I wasn’t quite sure I wanted to go there. What I do know is that my body doesn’t lie and that I have full control when I work with Barbara. My open mind agreed to be curious about this. Self-testing said “yes”. Both Bob and I experienced rather profound healings that evening. Energetic implants were identified and released. Both of my implants were from dark forces, attacking my throat (YIKES – not good for a professional speaker) and the clarity of my Divine connection. Once identified, these interferences were easily neutralized by invoking help from my soul council and the angelic realm. After the session closed, I felt awake, clear-headed and extremely well. I slept like a rock and awakened the next morning ready to be fully present. In my journal I wrote, “I had no idea I could feel THIS WELL, when I previously felt so well.”

As the group gathered on Sunday, I was ready to jump in and found myself volunteering to be the demonstration subject for the first exercise on releasing curses and hexes (WHAT????). Yes, the left-brainer in me still makes a funny face when that subject comes up, but I swear, I am a believer. Muscle testing detected a curse I was carrying. Working the soul detective process released it in what I can only describe as a physically intense experience. That session left me with extreme thirst and a racing heart. Once the dust settled, the lighter and clearer me emerged. How awesome!

I won’t share all of the details of the final two days, but suffice it to say that I feel quite empowered to help others shine their lights more brilliantly. In the past I have turned away from working with dark forces, however I now find myself much more open to it. Light always wins, especially when that light has been given brilliant maintenance and optimization tools. I know how to do this now and have a stronger life force within me. My clients will benefit and as they heal, there will be a multiplier effect for the planet. Everything I do from this point on will include elements of this beautiful work Barbara Stone has brought to my life.

Yes – everything will be easier!

Note: In August and September 2012, I will be offering Soul Detective Sessions at deeply discounted rate so that I might reinforce practice of these techniques in my coaching sessions. For the time being, I will only be offering live soul detective office sessions to clients I have worked with in the past.

What Women Said About Today’s Indigo Connection Networking Event

Wednesday, August 8th, 2012

It was a busy day for me and The Indigo Connection. Many of you know that as part of my business, I have been gathering women for breakfast once each month for the past 7 years in an effort to give them a comfortable place to be themselves while they also work on self-improvement and connection. Out members include business, health, sales and medical professionals of all sorts, entrepreneurs, managers, speakers, coaches, network marketers, part-timers and even a few retirees. We are generally natural-health-minded, practical and spiritual too.

Today we gathered for a special breakfast program using games as a way to connect in new ways. We played a networking scavenger hunt, “shout-it-out beach volleyball”, “silent smiles and handshakes”, partner interviews and the “me-too line-up”. Everyone seemed to have a good time. Some activities were probably more comfortable than others, but allowed all of us to stretch in new ways. (Note: If anyone would like to know the details and rules of these unusual games so you might also try them with a group, let me know. Perhaps that would make a good topic for the next Energy Makeover eBook!)

I really appreciate that our guests take the time to fill out the feedback forms at the end of our event to let me know how they enjoyed the morning. We had 8 first time attendees and it was a delight to read their comments as well as those of our long-term attendees.

Allow me to share a few:

“Lots of fun!” ~ RW

“Indigo Connection is a wonderful group of women who offer positive energy and encouragement.” ~ Leah Villalobos

“Excellent group and networking opportunities.” ~ Pamela Lewis

“There are many interesting women in this group today. [I] recommend this highly.”

“Excellent games and networking opportunities.”

“This is a great place to meet new people.”

“Lovely, energetic group of women with a mission to help others and share their knowledge and gifts.” GJ

“How easy it is to connect non-verbally! There’s always something fun and interesting to do!” ~ Holly Matson, Lightseeds Office

“For people interested in health-related professions, this is a delightful group.”

We’ll be back for more on September 12. I hope you’ll be there and bring a friend too. Registration is now open at http://avalon.websitewelcome.com/~theindig/webcal/view_entry.php?id=602&date=20120912
